My family and i were at the Lexington, Kentucky Airport last winter because my sister inlaw who lives in Lexington invite us to spend winter with them for a week.
Anyway, While waiting for my sister inlaw, I noticed a huge fan hanging on the ceiling.. I said to myself “my, what a big fan”!

Then i noticed that the name of the company who made this huge fan is actually named as Big ass Fan. People looking up at the fan in amazement of its size. It’s a real attention-grabber because of its hugeness.

While other think the name is is some sort of profanity and offensive, Some find it unique and funny and i do too. It caused huge controversy when they started because the billboards had a donkey and said the company name. The name says it all when you see some of the Ceiling Fans they use .

The Big Ass Fans makes very large fans for big industrial buildings, barns and warehouses, and they promote themselves in a very loud, obnoxious and funny way.

That huge fan provide a cooling breeze during summer, in winter the fan effectively move warmer, drier air from the celing to floor level which result in major energy saving, because they dont need to forego installing air conditioning.

How can you forget a name like BIGASSFANS!??!!

As for the name…What can I say??? Well i think its cool and funny if you have sense of humor .Its catchy!!

Miley Cyrus is taking issue with a photo of herself that’s going around, and it’s not another amateur, truth-or-dare Internet snapshot - it’s the handiwork of Annie Leibovitz.

“I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed,” Cyrus said Sunday in a statement through her publicist. “I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about.”

The photos, appearing in the upcoming issue of Vanity Fair, were taken by Leibovitz, a renowned celebrity photographer whose edgy, silver-toned portraits have included subjects such as Angelina Jolie, Scarlett Johansson and a naked, pregnant Demi Moore.

The Disney Channel, which airs Cyrus’ TV show “Hannah Montana,” is also critical of the magazine, and says “a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines.”

Well, theres nothing wrong being photographed like that, it is artistic.. BUT!! shes only 15 and her followers are kids! thats whats wrong..! kids look up to her.. as well as parents. What would you think those kid will say when they see miley wearing nothing but blanket?
