I grew up watching and tennis alongside my dad and my dad’s brother who passed away last year who are both an avid fan of Carlos Moya.

They always thought that they are related to Carlos Moya since our last name is also Moya. (well thats, i guess the reason why they are his fan.. because of the last name! ha ha )

As i grew up,. i always wish and hope that one day, i can bring my dad to any tennis court to see Carlos Moya in flesh.

I remember, i asked him one time where do he want to see Carlos Moya play? He said in London..
Of course when people say “tennis in London”, first thing comes in mind is the Wimbledon.

Wimbledon is widely considered the most prestigious event in tennis, boasting a tradition unrivaled by any other tournament in the game and one of the Grand Slam tournaments along with the Australian Open, French Open and US Open.

Wimbledon has been developed from the garden party atmosphere of the first meeting in 1877, witnessed by a few hundred spectators, to an extremely professional tennis tournament, attracting an attendance of over 450,000 people. In addition, every year, Wimbledon is followed by millions of people from all over the world through the press, radio, Internet and television

He said, apart from London being one of the nicest place to go, I will also get to see British royalty mingling with American celebrities and of course, i wanna see Carlos Moya Play.

I said, Wimbledon tournament ticketsare the hardest in the world to get hold of.

Well,To get into the show courts, fans will normally have to queue overnight at Wimbledon. Tennis enthusiasts planning to queue overnight for the Championships are advised to bring along a tent and a sleeping bag. Times to queue up vary according to the weather, but anyone queueing up before 9PM on a weekday should be able to get a show court ticket. Queuing for the show courts end after the quarter finals have been completed.

I know he doesn’t care, because he’s a tennis enthusiast and being queue to get the ticket is considered part of the Wimbledon experience.
