To keep the fat cells from immediately taking in more fat, the very low fat VLCD is necessary and personal care products such as lotion, are prohibited.

I love freebies and coupons. Everyone likes to get something for free without nothing in return right? Well, if you are like me, before i go to store, let say, i want to cook something for dinner, i write down all the ingredients, check online if there’s some coupons that i can print then i’ll go buy them. Some are free and some have discounts. If i want something else, say beauty products i go to Free Catcher.

Stainless steel kitchen

I used to have a Green laminated counter top, a light colored kitchen cabinet and beige appliances that goes with it when we bought the house. Everything doesn’t match up.. I don’t know why i fell in love with the house the first time, but kitchen is definetly not the reason why. Our stainless steel kitchen sink is pretty decent, i don’t have any complain about it, but i dont like our faucet. The Microwave is stainless as well as the electric range, but the dishwasher and the fridge is off white which makes my kitchen looks so out of date.

But anyway, I’ve decided to make a transformation on my kitchen and i’m glad i did.!!! first off, i painted the coutertop with black and put polyutherane then i stained my kitchen cabinet and then i also get rid of my dishwasher and fridge and bought a new stainless steel that matches the kitchen sink and range.

I think,stainless steel kitchen sinks goes well with Black or dark countertop. I may say, i’m pretty happy with the outcome and i also did the bathroom countertop and cabinet. yay me!!
